Headwater Industries is a family of locally-owned companies proud to serve Northern Michigan. Our journey began in 2020 with the acquisition of Popp Excavating, a company that has been a trusted part of the community since 1988. Since then, we’ve expanded into a dynamic network of businesses, including Harbor Pipe & Supply, LRM Concrete, and Nature’s Edge. Together, we offer a full range of construction, infrastructure, and design solutions, all guided by our vision to be Northern Michigan’s trusted partner in building and maintaining our communities.
